The meals are served at the host’s main table in a lovely family style atmosphere. They include the menu of the day, complete with a first course, main course and dessert

You can taste the fine local cuisine with dishes including fish from both the ocean and the lagoon prepared with a mix of both Asian and French cooking traditions.

Tuna, barracuda, swordfish, salmon of the gods, parrotfish, sturgeon and other local fish are fried or grilled, either marinated in coconut milk first, or served with a sauce of vanilla or estragon.

As the ocean allows, sea urchin and large winkles are also added to the menu.

Sunday, a Tahitian breakfast complete with “roasted pua’a,” “po’e,” coconut bread and/or “firi firi”.
